“We were really impressed with Tyler, Downing Construction's Project Manager, when we engaged with him for pre-construction services (i.e., constructability and estimates during design). We initially met him on a site visit to our empty lot. He understood exactly what we wanted to do and the potential issues it could involve. Based on the schematic design for our home, Tyler prepared a thorough, accurate estimate commensurate with the level of design. He also worked with us to elaborate on ways to provide cost savings on our original design, and potential variations of that design. We were as impressed with Tyler's skill and experience as we were with his character. He did not pressure us in any way to make decisions or selections that we would not have been happy with. We wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Downing Construction for another project.”
